Let me tell you about my story…

Let me tell you about my story…

I was born to a Pakistani mom and Lebanese dad. Since these are completely two different culture, me and my mom were not welcomed to the family with open arms.  I was raised in the KSA and during my school years I was bullied. I was called “Paki” “Fatso” and so it didnt take me long to develop limiting beliefs that I was not good enough, that I was not welcomed.

Initially, I came to Lebanon to finish my studies, and to pay for my education, I took on a part-time job as a waitress. However, I soon found myself quitting my studies and transitioning into a full-time role as a waitress. The reason for this change was my newfound love for the job, the rush, the adrenaline, and the ability to make someone’s day by providing exceptional service.

I felt valued, appreciated, and truly alive. Moreover, keeping busy with work was a way to avoid acknowledging and dealing with my emotions, which led to a mountain of pain and trauma. Eventually, this resulted in emotions such as anger, frustration, and depression.

For an extended period, I struggled with addiction and depression and battled these inner demons in solitude. Despite my suffering, the outside world was unaware of what I was going through as I had become isolated. Upon arriving in Dubai for a fresh start, I was faced with the reality of my loneliness and depression.

My Vision

My Vision icon

When working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, you come to understand the importance of putting your feelings aside and prioritizing the needs of your customers. For many years, I did just that and learned unhealthy coping mechanisms for dealing with my emotions because I only knew how to escape my state of mind through various unhealthy means.

Now, I want to provide a secure place for hospitality staff to learn about healthy coping mechanisms and realize how resourceful they are. All the answers lie within us, and all that is needed is a little reflection and digging.

I am a better version of myself when I realized with the proper guidance and tools that all that I ever needed was within me, I just had to tap into my resourcefulness. If a transformation is what you are looking for, you are in the right place.

My Mission

As powerful and capable individuals, once we realize this, we can tap into our full potential. It is my mission to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself by achieving your goals, as you are deserving of it.
